02 — Plastic Surgery

Face

Facelift, eyelid and facial surgical procedures, coordinated with partner surgeons. As with every treatment at Vogue Clinic, an initial consultation ensures any recommendation is suited to your goals and health history.

Overview

Facial surgery, carefully coordinated.

How it works at Vogue Clinic

Facial surgery is carried out by our trusted partner surgeons, while Vogue Clinic coordinates every stage around you — the first consultation, the surgical planning, and the structured recovery that follows. You have one team looking after the whole journey rather than a series of disconnected appointments.

What facial surgery can address

Facial procedures are used to refresh, rebalance or restore areas of the face and neck as they change over time. The right approach depends entirely on your anatomy and goals, which is why nothing is recommended before a full assessment.

  • Softening the visible signs of ageing around the face and neck
  • Refreshing tired or heavy-looking eyes
  • Rebalancing facial proportion and profile
  • A plan built around your health history and recovery time

Consultation first, always

Your first consultation is free. A doctor reviews your goals, medical history and the realistic options honestly — including whether a non-surgical treatment, or no treatment at all, would serve you better than surgery.

Procedures

Facial procedures we coordinate.

Facelift & neck lift

A facelift (rhytidectomy) repositions and firms the deeper tissues of the mid and lower face, softening deep folds and jowls, and is often combined with a neck lift to redefine the jawline and neck. The aim is a rested, natural result — not a pulled or altered appearance.

Deep plane facelift

The deep plane facelift is an advanced technique that releases and repositions the deeper facial layer (the SMAS) as a single unit, rather than pulling on the skin. Because the lift comes from the structure beneath, it tends to look more natural and last longer, restoring midface and jawline definition without a tight or "operated" appearance. Whether the deep plane approach is right for you is assessed individually at consultation.

Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty)

Eyelid surgery addresses the upper and/or lower eyelids. Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin that can make the eyes look heavy or hooded; lower blepharoplasty addresses under-eye bags and puffiness. It is one of the most requested facial procedures because a small change around the eyes can make the whole face look more awake.

  • Upper eyelids — excess or drooping skin that can affect a hooded appearance
  • Lower eyelids — under-eye bags, puffiness and loose skin

Brow lift

A brow lift raises a heavy or descended brow to open up the upper face and soften horizontal forehead lines. It is often considered alongside upper eyelid surgery when the brow position is contributing to a tired look.

Ear surgery (otoplasty)

Ear surgery reshapes or repositions prominent, protruding or misshapen ears so they sit closer to the head and in better proportion with the face. It is suitable for adults and, in appropriate cases, children, and is planned so the result looks natural and balanced from every angle.

Nose surgery (rhinoplasty)

Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose for balance and profile, and can address breathing where relevant, planned in detail so the result suits the rest of your features.

Facial fat transfer

Where volume loss is part of the picture, fat can be harvested from another area and carefully re-injected to restore softness and support — sometimes on its own, sometimes alongside a lift.

Not every procedure suits every patient. Suitability, technique and expected recovery are always confirmed in person, and we will tell you honestly if surgery is not the right route for you.

FAQ

Common questions.

Who performs the surgery?
Procedures are performed by our trusted partner surgeons in an appropriate surgical facility. Vogue Clinic coordinates your consultation, planning and aftercare so you have one team throughout.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and without obligation. If a non-surgical option or no treatment would serve you better, we will say so.
What is recovery like?
Recovery varies by procedure — eyelid surgery generally involves less downtime than a full facelift. Your recovery plan, including follow-up reviews, is explained before you decide to proceed. Private recovery residences are available for patients travelling from abroad.
How much does facial surgery cost?
Surgical pricing depends on the specific procedure and plan, so it is confirmed at consultation rather than listed as a fixed figure.
