04 — Recovery & Aftercare
Seven treatments, one plan. Your recovery protocol is agreed before your procedure — not improvised afterwards — and adjusted according to how your body actually responds.

Overview
Most clinics treat recovery as what happens once the interesting part is over. It is the reason a good procedure can still end in a disappointed patient — because the result you keep is not decided in theatre, it is decided over the weeks afterwards.
So we plan it first. Before you agree to a procedure you already know what your recovery involves, how long it takes, which of these treatments you will need, and who is reviewing you and when.

The treatments
Which of these you need depends entirely on what you have had done. Most patients need two or three, not seven.
How it works
Your recovery plan is written during surgical planning. You know what it involves and what it costs before you agree to anything.
The period where help matters most. Swelling, wounds and comfort are reviewed on the days that count for what you have had done.
Drainage, compression, movement — whatever your plan calls for, adjusted against how you are actually healing rather than a generic timetable.
Your results are reviewed before you travel, and you contact us directly afterwards. See After you fly home.
