Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

What is it?

Anti-wrinkle treatments use a prescription-only injectable to temporarily relax targeted facial muscles. They are most often used to soften the expression lines that form on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes.

How does it work?

A doctor administers small, precise doses directly into specific muscles. Over the following days, the muscle's ability to contract fully is reduced, which softens the lines caused by repeated movement. Results build gradually and are usually visible within 3–14 days.

Who is a good candidate?

Generally suitable for adults bothered by dynamic wrinkles — the lines that appear with expression. It is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or alongside certain neuromuscular conditions; this is reviewed carefully at consultation.

Recovery

There is no real downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately. We recommend avoiding touching the treated area or strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.

Results
