03 — Longevity & Health
A programme is a sequence with a review date, not a subscription. Each one starts by measuring, and each one is judged against whether your numbers actually moved.

Overview
The word gets used loosely. Here it means four specific things, and if a plan does not have all four it is not a programme, it is a purchase.
Prices are confirmed at consultation, once the plan is real.

Program
The shortest and, for most people, the most revealing. Fourteen days following nutrition, glucose patterns, sleep, stress, exercise and lifestyle together — because a single fasted blood test tells you how your body behaves at eight in the morning after doing nothing, which is not when you live.
It ends with a review and a plan built on what your own fortnight actually showed.
Program
An annual structure for people who want their health managed properly rather than checked once and forgotten. Assess, plan, act, review — and then do it again next year against last year’s numbers, which is the only honest way to know whether any of it worked.
Program
Medically supervised, and built on your own metabolic data rather than a diet someone wrote for a general audience. Led with our clinical nutrition expertise, and measured by body composition rather than by the number on a scale — losing muscle is not success, however good it looks on the display.
Program
For patients whose priority is what their body does rather than how it looks. Diagnostics first, then conditioning, recovery and load managed as one thing — and reviewed against measurements rather than against how motivated you felt that month.
Program
Ageing well is a medical question before it is a cosmetic one, and the order matters. This programme pairs preventive medicine — risk identified early enough to act on — with the aesthetic side handled by the same clinic rather than a different one across town.

Longevity medicine at Vogue Clinic is preventive and supportive care. It does not diagnose or treat disease on its own, it does not replace your own doctor or specialist, and no clinic can promise a longer life. Where an assessment points to something that needs medical investigation, your doctor will tell you and arrange it.
Where a prescription medicine forms part of a plan, it is prescribed and monitored by your doctor and discussed with you individually at consultation. Spanish law does not permit a clinic to name prescription medicines in public advertising, so you will not find them listed on this website — ask us directly and we will explain your options in full.
